The role
We’re seeking a Dredging Engineer to join our Perth-based team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support dredging engineering studies, project planning and technical analyses.
- Estimate production, budgets and schedules for dredging-related activities.
- Analyse project data and help develop practical solutions for technical dredging challenges.
- Assist in determining optimal dredging methodologies, equipment and project approaches.
- Support project management activities across marine, offshore, port and tailings projects.
- Contribute to tender documents, technical reports and client deliverables.

What you will bring
- A bachelor's degree, or higher, in Dredging, Maritime (Coastal/Ocean/Water), Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in marine construction, preferably in the dredging industry.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to be based in Perth and travel to remote locations for site visits and project engagements.
