Contractual Awareness Masterclass
Mastering Dredging Contracts: Avoid Dredging Disputes Before They Start
Dredging projects are inherently complex, involving substantial technical, environmental and financial risks. Where dredging contract terms are unclear or poorly defined, these risks can escalate into protracted, costly disputes, claims and project delays.
This 6-hour Contractual Awareness Masterclass is delivered by industry experts with decades of experience in civil and marine infrastructure. Drawing on real-world arbitration cases, dispute resolution experience, and practical industry lessons, the course bridges the gap between technical uncertainty and the commercial and contractual frameworks that govern dredging projects.
Course Structure
The masterclass comprises the following sessions:
- Session 1 – Source of Contract Disputes
- Session 2 – Workshop on Dispute Resolution
- Session 3 – Claims under Contracts
- Session 4 – Workshop on Filing a Claim and its Evaluation
- Session 5 – From Disputes to Insights
- Session 6 – Recap and conclusion
